From Friday 6th - Sunday 7th March, Watersprite Film Festival will welcome seven Latin American student filmmakers to Cambridge to screen and talk about their short films at the Arts Picturehouse Cambridge.

The six Latin American films screened include “Copacabana Madureira”, a fast-paced documentary of urban Brazil under Bolsonaro and “El puente de los niños traviesos”, a coming of age drama set in Mexico City.
Other Watersprite events over the weekend include Q&As with Peaky Blinders director Anthony Byrne, the visual team behind His Dark Materials, Sex Education writer Laurie Nunn, and a panel discussing Disability and Creativity Chaired by Senior Producer at Unlimited, Jo Verrent, including writer of Vicar of Dibley, Paul Mayhew Archer and Sex Education actor, George Robinson.
